Once again, South Park predicts future stupidity…

Evidently this really was the idea from someone in the government, which is yet another reason I cry every time government expands. But once again, South Park has already dealt with this better than I ever could, and before it even happened. This scene is one of my favorites, in one of my favorite episodes.
