A team of historians and scholars at the University of Pennsylvania continue their work authenticating and transcribing the document, but they have released the following excerpt from a purported Article VIII of the U.S. Constitution:
With the expectation that we the people of the United States may, from time to time, become enchanted by charismatic orators dispensing inspirational but jejune platitudes and we, seeking to elevate and celebrate such figure, particularly during years of tumult and war, may choose to elect him President of the United States, we do ordain and establish the Celebritist, in order that we may sublimate such idealistic yearnings into a public office of no consequence, but profound symbolic utility.
